 4 Chicken Breasts
 1 14.5 oz can Stewed Tomatoes with juice (Italian)
 1 10-12 oz Cauliflower Rice, frozen
 Steak seasoning, to taste

Preheat oven to 350F. Pour the frozen cauliflower rice in the bottom of a casserole dish. I use an 8 x 11.5 dish.

Sprinkle desired amount of steak seasoning on the chicken breasts. Lay the chicken breasts on top of the cauliflower rice. Pour the can of stewed tomatoes evenly over the chicken breasts. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F.
